Please read these terms before placing an order on GhBundleZone.
Order Policy
- Correct recipient number: Customers must enter the correct phone number before payment. If a wrong number is provided and the bundle is processed, GhBundleZone cannot reverse, resend, or replace that bundle.
- Payment confirmation: Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Keep your receipt or payment reference for support.
- Delivery time: Most bundles are delivered quickly, but network delays may happen. If you do not receive your bundle by the next working day, contact support with your order ticket, recipient number, and payment evidence.
- Delay support promise: If your valid paid order is not delivered by the next working day and the recipient number was correct, GhBundleZone will reprocess the bundle and add an extra 1GB as appreciation for your patience.
- Support evidence: For faster help, use the chat page to send your order issue, payment screenshot, ticket number, recipient number, and selected bundle.
Agent Access
Customers may request agent access from their dashboard. Agent pricing starts only after admin approval. GhBundleZone may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke agent access when needed to protect the service.
Refunds and Corrections
Refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case. Orders with incorrect recipient numbers are not eligible for replacement after processing. Orders affected by confirmed network or system delay are handled through support.
